How to rsync files from linux?

Hello,

Is there a way to rsync files, to not have to transfer all files one by one with FTP at each deploy, which is pretty long (1H) for my website with Symfony?

Seems we can not have a SFTP with webhosting right to can use linux “rsync” command?
