Change from yearly to monthly billing
Hi,
I have a server that’s been on yearly billing ever since I got it. The renewal is up (it’s already suspended because of an overdue invoice) and I’m trying to change it to monthly billing going forward.
I have read the guide and have tried to do it in the panel but I can’t actually choose the monthly setting because it’s greyed out. How can I go about this?

Hello,
this is because the current payment is overdue. Contact support directly via the contact form and ask them to set a monthly billing period for you. Don’t forget to tell them the name or number of the service.
