Hi,
we provide an easy way to get your access to our customer service. All you need is access to your e-mail account, so first ensure, you have a valid password there.
In customer service you can easily set new passwords – mostly you will need to change FTP password and mailbox password. Be very careful with the database password change, after the change you need to update it in the website config file.
